Suncoast Converters called us one day wanting to build a fast truck. After talking to PPE Dallas decided we were the better candidate for building a compound turbo kit to accommodate their power hungry needs. They had a deadline for a race 3 weeks away so we would have to really work hard on getting the kit done and on their front door in time for installation and tuning. The turbos were ordered from Forced Inductions (Garrett T-106 and GTX-45) and we went ahead and ordered the Spearco intercooler and other parts to build the setup. We went ahead and built the stainless up-pipes for the LBZ motor while we were waiting for turbos. Unlike the other companies that make Duramax up-pipes we built them so they could be installed easily instead of having to fight with fitting them between the firewall and motor. Once the up-pipes were built I started the turbo brace to hold the massive T-106 turbo. We got the turbos and pedestal in and went right to work getting the T-106 situated in the right place.
